Shipwreck Holdings is a Western Canadian holding company focused on building and supporting exceptional businesses.

We take a long-term view. Our capital is permanent, and our ownership is direct. We generally hold majority or whole ownership and remain involved in the businesses we own.

We are not a fund. We have no outside investors, limited partners or fixed investment horizon.

We favour durable businesses, sensible balance sheets and opportunities where active ownership can create lasting value.
